The New York helicopter tours, the company involved in the fatal accident in the Hudson River, is closing its operations immediately, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
Six people were killed, including three children, when a tourist helicopter immersed himself in the Hudson River in New York City on Thursday afternoon.
Following the mortal incident, FAA said it will also launch an immediate license and the security registration of the tourist operator.

The agency said it is analyzing the access points of aircraft and helicopters throughout the country and will organize a helicopter security panel on April 22 to discuss additional findings, risks and mitigation options.
“Security is the number one priority of FAA, and we will not hesitate to act to protect the flying public,” said the agency in a statement on Sunday.
New York helicopters rent to Chopper, who took a pilot, and a family that visited from Spain, fell to the Hudson River for Bajo Manhattan on April 11.
Agustin Escobar and his wife, Merce Camprubi Montal, both executives of the European Automation Company Siemens and their children, aged 4, 5 and 11, were killed in the accident together with the 36 -year -old pilot, said sources of application of the law to ABC News at that time.

The accident occurred at 3:17 pm on the coast of River Drive in Hoboken, New Jersey, just over 15 minutes after he left Wall St. Helipport. The helicopter arrived at the George Washington bridge before turning south and crashing, the authorities said during the informative session.
“Our hearts are with the family and on board,” said New York City Mayor Eric Adams, after the incident.
The shock video showed that the helicopter immersed himself in the water without a tail rotor or a blade of the main rotor. The authorities said he hit the inverted water.
The National Transportation Board continues its investigation into the incident.
