“No one could stop him,” said Slavik, “and managed to do this for two decades, because he used his internal circle, his money and his influence to cover up his crimes.”

Comps declared innocent of extortion conspiracy, sex trafficking and transport to participate in prosecution. He could spend the rest of his life in prison, if he is declared guilty for all aspects. His main defense lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, is scheduled to present his final arguments to the jury on Friday.

The case against combs focuses on more than one hundred days of sexual orbicitors fueled by drugs during which the romantic couples of the rapper were allegedly forced to have sex with male prostitutes to satisfy the unconventional sexual desires of combs. According to the testimony, combs would choreographed the sessions and then see them while masturbating.

The combs lawyers have recognized that the tycoon is a violent man who has abused illegal drugs and leads a “polymoric” lifestyle. But they insist that all the detailed sexual acts for the jury were the voluntary private behavior of the consented adults and not the business of the application of the law.

Calling 34 witnesses for 28 days of testimony, prosecutors claim that Comps used their musical empire as a criminal organization that allowed him to leave with his with sexual trafficking, drug distribution, kidnapping, the fire caused, bribery, forced labor and manipulation witnesses of a decade of alleged crime.

“Until today, the defendant was able to go out with his crimes due to his money, his power and influence,” Slavik told the jury. “That stops now. It’s time to hold it. It’s time for justice.”

Prosecutors look at a conviction of organized crime conspiracy

The sum of the Prosecutor’s Office placed Sean Combs directly on a criminal company that depended on an internal circle of employees who called “loyal lieutenants”, including their chief of cabinet and bodyguards. The prosecutor argued that Comps was also based on numerous attendees that called “foot soldiers” in the company.

“They were young,” said Slavik. “They didn’t blink.”

The prosecutors alleged that these crimes included an agreement to distribute drugs, kidnapping, fire, bribery, trafficking, obtaining work and threats, organizing trips at the end of commercial sex and helping combs to cover other crimes. She told the jury that there were “hundreds” of drug distribution crimes only that they would be enough to condemn the position of extortion conspiracy. Slavik also stood out for the jury three instances of alleged kidnapping, the fire pump of the rapper Kid Cudi, two instances of alleged bribery and dozens of times when the alleged victims of the combs traveled through the state lines for the purposes of the sexual parties.

To pronounce guilty exortion combs, the jury must unanimously find that he and another member of the alleged conspiracy agreed that two crimes would be committed.

“Here, however, you have much more than two acts,” Slavik told jurors.

Prosecutors say that Cassie Ventura and “Jane” testimony prove sex trafficking

Cassie Ventura singer called them “Freak-Offs.” The former combs girlfriend, known by Jane’s pseudonym, called them “hotel nights.” Their attendees knew them as “Nights of King wild.”

As they are called, those episodes are evidence of sex trafficking because the combs used strength, threats, fraud and coercion so that Ventura and Jane participate, Slavik said during the final argument of the government.

“The position is about the use of the accused of illegal actions so that Cassie and Jane say yes,” said Slavik. “This is not an attempt to criminalize dysfunctional relationships or unconventional sexual behavior.”

Slavik told the eight men and four women in the jury box that they do not need to find that all monsters were products of strength, fraud or coercion.

“You just need to find the elements of sex trafficking on one occasion,” he said, answering a question that has been the subject of endless hours of media coverage of the combs of combs. “Then, if there was once, a single monster, when the defendant knew or did not take into account recklessly that Cassie or Jane participated due to their lies, their threats or their violence, that is all.”

The jury showed a collage of male prosecutors that prosecutors said Ventura and Jane were forced to have sex with a “slow progression of masturbating and touching oral sex to sexual relations”, often several times for several nights.

“They ended when the defendant said they had ended and not before that,” said Slavik.

Prosecutors try to obtain prostitution counts

Among the charges against the combs are two transport positions at the end of prostitution, which carry smaller prison sentences possible than the positions of sex trafficking or extortion conspiracy.

The prosecutors argued that they easily proved that ComBs violated the law when he paid for his former girlfriends to travel through the country for “promotions.” In an example, as of August 2009, Slavik showed text messages from the combs jury coordinating trips with an escort called Jules. Then he showed the American Express statement of combs indicating that ComBs paid Jules’s flight, the car from the airport and the $ 2,000 bill of the London hotel in New York City.

“The monsters did not happen in isolation. The defendant loved them all the time,” Slavik told the jury. “You heard about many cases where the defendant flew in escorts from all over the country so that he could see them having sex.”
