Police in Las Vegas said they were responding on Sunday night to a shooting at the Las Vegas Strip,
“The shooting did not happen inside a casino. Avoid the area,” said the Las Vegas Metro Police Department on social networks.

The department in a later message said that the homicide police were responding to the area.
Police said the shooting was in the 3600 block of S. Las Vegas Boulevard, placing the shooting near the Bellagio Hotel & Casino.
